AutoSprints provides AI-powered automation services. Our automations are built using artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) with human oversight and review before delivery.
Transparency Notice: AutoSprints is part of a documented experiment testing AI-powered business services. All work is generated by AI with human oversight from McVal Osborne.
2. Service Tiers
Proof of Concept (PoC)
- Price: £450 (inclusive of VAT where applicable)
- Delivery: Within 48 hours of payment
- Scope: One automation addressing the problem described in your submission
- Revisions: One round of revisions included
Monthly Retainer
- Price: £150-250/month depending on scope
- Includes: Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and up to 2 tweaks/month
- Billing: Monthly, cancel anytime with 30 days notice
- Support: Email support with 24-hour response time
Transformation Projects
- Price: £2,500+ depending on scope (quoted per project)
- Delivery: Agreed timeline based on project complexity
- Scope: Full workflow overhaul, multiple automations, integrations
- Payment: 50% upfront, 50% on completion
3. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund if:
- We cannot deliver an automation that addresses your stated problem
- The delivered automation does not function as scoped
- You request a refund within 7 days of delivery and the automation has not been deployed to production
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after work has begun
- Scope changes requested after delivery
- Issues caused by third-party services or APIs outside our control
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
- You own the automation we build for you
- You may modify, deploy, and use it as you wish
- We retain the right to use anonymized patterns and learnings to improve our services
5. Limitations
AutoSprints automations are provided "as is." We do not guarantee:
- Specific business outcomes or ROI
- Compatibility with future changes to third-party services
- 24/7 uptime or support (unless on a retainer plan)
6. Data Handling
We may access data you provide (problem descriptions, business context) to build your automation. We do not store or access your business data beyond what's necessary for delivery. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our automations.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
