Who actually builds the automation?
We use AI (Claude by Anthropic) to build automations quickly, with human review by McVal Osborne before delivery. This lets us deliver in 48 hours at prices that would be impossible with traditional development. You get the speed of AI with the quality control of human oversight.
What tools do you work with?
Primarily n8n and Make (Integromat). We can connect most SaaS tools: CRMs, spreadsheets, email, Slack, accounting software, booking systems, databases, APIs. If it has an API, we can probably automate it.
Why is this cheaper than hiring a developer?
This is a documented experiment. We're testing AI-powered service delivery and pricing accordingly. Early clients get significant value. Prices will increase as we prove the model works.
What if I'm not happy?
Full refund if we can't deliver what was scoped. One revision round is included to get it right. We'd rather refund than deliver something that doesn't work.
